Disclaimer

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

Each user can configure his or her personal settings in a domain, these settings don't have an impact on the functioning of the Yuki software. In addition, you can also configure settings that will have an impact on the functioning of the software. 

Which settings you can configure in a domain is dependent on your user role(s) in that domain. 

All settings configured are saved and categorised in one place in your domain.

Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and the settings screen will now be displayed:

The settings that are shown here are dependent on your bundle, your user rights in a domain and the extra features that are added to a domain. 

The settings that you can configure in your domain are classed under the following categories::

• Domain
• User
• Financial
• Sales
• Integrations
• Banks
• Other.

Below these settings will be described briefly per category.

Domain

The settings below will have an impact on the functioning of Yuki:

• My domain
  Overview of administrations and users with access to domain
• Rights matrix
  Overview of role(s) and administration rights of users with access to domain
• Block and close
  Overview of frozen and/or blocked administrations
• Tags (no impact on functioning of Yuki)
  Active and inactive tags
• Messages
  Questions about administrations, messages about VAT return or points of attention
• Tax authorities
  Whether or not the approval of the VAT return by the entrepreneur (customer) is required before the VAT return is sent to the tax authorities.
• My subscription
  All details of your bundle's subscription such as details of your current bundle, usage (number of invoices processed), payment method and billing history of the bundle can be viewed here.

User

These settings won't have an impact on the functioning of Yuki:

• Personal settings
  Personal settings concerning your desktop, the Archive, the Yuki ScanWizard, your e-mail etc.
• My profile
  Your contact card with all related data
• Change password
  Change password or email address for login domain
• Email accounts
  Overview of email accounts created.
• Display settings
  Personal settings regarding your navigation bar and the menu bars in all your screens.

Financial

Here the following settings can be configured:

• Monitor (no impact on functioning of Yuki)
  Settings of financial monitor view ncial monitor in Financials module
• Countries (impact on functioning of Yuki)
  Active and inactive countries
• Currencies (impact on functioning of Yuki)
  Active and inactive currencies
• GL accounts (impact on functioning of Yuki)
  Active and inactive general ledger accounts
• VAT rates (impact on functioning of Yuki)
  Active and inactive VAT rates
• Financial newspaper (no impact on functioning of Yuki)
  Financial newspaper subscribers.
• General (affects the functioning of Yuki)
  Disable mandatory bank account entry when processing purchase invoices with payment method 'Electronic transfer'.

Sales

The settings below will have an impact on the functioning of Yuki:

• Sales settings
  Here you can configure the following settings of your sales invoices and quotations:
  • Default settings
  • Invoice number
  • Invoice delivery
  • Invoice layouts
  • Quotation layouts.
• Reminder settings
  

  Here you can configure the following settings of the reminders and demands of payments of your sales invoices:

  • Automatic reminder (reminder service)
  • Blocked contacts (herinnering- en aanmaningsservice)
  • Layouts.

Integrations

The settings below will have an impact on the functioning of Yuki:

• Mollie
  You can Configure Mollie as online payment provider for your electronic sales invoices. For this reason a number of steps must be followed:
  • Connect administration in Yuki with existing Mollie account or create a new Mollie account that will be connected immediately
  • Add Mollie payment link to the invoice layout of your sales invoices
  • Your customers pay your sales invoices through Mollie
  • Import Mollie bank statements in your administration
  • Import Mollie purchase invoices in your administration
  • Process Mollie transactions in your administration.
• Webservices
  Settings for the exchange of information with third party applications/services
• Comandi
  Comandi Management Dashboard is een program that offers guidance to an organisation by automatically collecting data from all connected systems and applications and based on this report the most recent figures. In addition, the Management Dashboard offers specific KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), benchmarking, forecasting, scenario analysis etc.
  By connecting your Comandi account once with Yuki in your domain, the financial data of your administration will from then onwards always be available immediately in your Comandi Management Dashboard.
• Peppol
  PEPPOL is a European initiative to standardise e-invoicing. It makes it possible to send and receive e-invoices more securely to and from your relations who are also in the secure Peppol network. An e-invoice is an electronic invoice. On an e-invoice, the required data is always in a fixed place with its own coding. This makes it possible for Yuki to automatically process an e-invoice. Here you will find an overview of all administrations that are currently registered in Peppol.
  If desired, you can register or unregister an administration in Peppol.
• Bank connections
  Here you will find all accounting links that are currently realised in the domain.You can add a new Rabobank accountancy link by following these steps::

• Activate 'Rabobank link' feature in Yuki (by accountant)
• Grant one-time authorisation to retrieve bank transactions
• Link bank account(s)
• If necessary, manually import bank transactions via the Rabobank accounting link.

Banks

The settings below will affect the functioning of Yuki:

• Payment list settings
  Here you can set the payment list security so that documents to be paid are not immediately added to the payment list but have to be approved first, so to speak. You can also specify whether or not to work with a payment discount for documents to be paid.

• Ponto PSD2-links
  Ponto enables bank accounts from more than 30 banks to be securely and reliably linked to Yuki according to PSD2 and GDPR regulations.

Other

These settings won't have an impact on the functioning of Yuki:

• Calendar
  Personal settings for the calendar view.
• Archive settings
  For the documents in the Archive you can configure which users have access to the standard documents in the grey folders (top shelf in the Archive).
• Task type
  In Yuki you can use different tasks for each document. A task is an action, question or assignment for an user in Yuki.
• Spam settings
  Overview of all email addresses that are placed from Digital mail on the blacklist or placed back again on the whitelist.
