The settings you can configure in a domain depend on the selected bundle (and any additional features) and your user role(s) within the domain.


In Yuki you can integrate with Mollie (online payment provider), web services (methods for data exchange with third-party applications), Peppol (e-invoicing) and Rabobank (automatic submission of bank transactions).


Linking Yuki with Mollie (online payment provider) can significantly ease your payment processing by enabling direct payments through sales invoices. This integration makes it easy for your cusotmers to pay via several popular payment methods such as iDEAL and credit card, which can help speed up payment processing.


If you've already created a Mollie bank account in your administration in Yuki, you can easily link the administration with your account at Mollie, even if this account is already linked to a webshop.




In Yuki, you can realize the following Integrations:

  • Mollie
    By linking with Mollie, your customers can pay directly from their sales invoice via popular payment methods such as iDEAL and credit card.
  • Web services
    Methods of exchanging information with external parties' applications/services such as financial data, sales invoice data, uploading to the Archive in Yuki, etc.
  • Peppol
    Peppol is a European initiative to standardize e-invoicing. It enables safer sending and receiving of e-invoices to and from governments and other contacts that are also in the secure Peppol network.
  • Bank connections
    Rabobank accounting link with Yuki allowing full automatic delivery of all bank transactions from business checking and savings accounts, foreign currency accounts and G accounts.

Mollie is only available when a user with the ‘Management’ role has selected the bundle Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited through the Yuki Store in the domain.



Follow these steps to set up and use the integration with Mollie:




Access to Mollie

All settings for Mollie are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.


To access these settings:

  • click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
  • then in the now-opened screen in the Integrations section click on Mollie

Once the link between your administration and your account with Mollie is activated, you will see a detail view of the Mollie connection instead of the home screen.




Link administration to existing Mollie account

To work with Mollie in Yuki, you must link your Mollie bank account in your administration in Yuki to your existing account with Mollie.

Create new Mollie account

You don't have a Mollie account yet? You can create one for free through Yuki. After activating the link, you have to manually create a Mollie bank account in your administration.

Functionalities of Mollie

From the moment the link with Mollie is activated, you can:

  • add a Mollie payment link
    In the accompanying mail with all your sales invoices, you can add a so-called Mollie payment link. This allows your customers to pay via all major payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, etc.) with a click on the payment button in the sales invoice.

  • automatically import Mollie bank statements and invoices into your administration

    TIP!
    In the connection details, you can set that all new bank transactions and invoices from Mollie as of a certain date are automatically imported into your administration.

Synchronize Mollie transactions with your administration

Once one or more customers have paid a sales invoice through Mollie, transactions (including payouts) are ready for you in your account with Mollie.

After importing all Mollie bank statements and invoices, they must be recorded correctly in your administration in Yuki.
