Watch the video about Mollie!

ATTENTION!

Open de settings of Mollie in your domain by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. Subsequently, in the now-opened screen, click on Mollie in the Integrations section.

When you use Mollie as online payment provider you can make sure that your sales invoices are paid immediately and thus quicker by your customers.

Have you already created a Mollie bank account in your administration then you can simply connect your administration with your Mollie account, even if this account is already connected with a webshop.

Mollie is only available when a user with the 'Management' role has chosen the bundle Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited via the Yuki Store in the domain.

From that moment you can add a so-called Mollie payment link in the accompanying email of all your sales invoices. Your customers are able to pay via all important payment methods (like iDEAL, credit card, etc.) by clicking the payment button in the sales invoice.

In addition the connection with Mollie also makes it possible to directly import Mollie bank statements and invoices into your administration.

To work with Mollie in Yuki, two things need to be in place:

When you don't use Mollie as online payment provider yet but you want to offer your customers the possibility to pay your sales invoices via Mollie then you can directly create a Mollie account for free from Yuki.

As soon as the connection is activated you have to manually create a Mollie bank account in your administration.

As soon as one or more customers have paid a sales invoice via Mollie then some transactions (such as settlements) will be available for you in your Mollie account. After synchronising your administration with your Mollie account you can directly import the Mollie bank statements into Yuki.

At the beginning of every month an invoice that includes the transaction costs of last month will be available for you in your Mollie account. After synchronising your administration with your Mollie account you can directly import the Mollie invoices into Yuki.

TIP!

In the link details, you can specify that all bank transactions and/or new invoices from Mollie should be automatically imported into your administration from today.

After importing the Mollie bank statements and the Mollie invoices all Mollie transactions have to be recorded correctly in Yuki.

All configured settings like the settings of Mollie are gathered and categorised in one place in your domain.

Open the settings of your domain by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then, in the now-opened screen, click on Mollie.

The start screen of Mollie is opened:

As soon as the connection between your administration and your Mollie account is activated the screen above will not be shown anymore. Instead a screen showing the details of your Mollie connection will be opened.
