The settings you can configure in a domain depend on the selected bundle (and any additional features) and your user role(s) within the domain.
In Yuki, you can view various settings that directly affect billing for your Yuki usage.
In My Subscription, you can see all the details of your bundle's subscription, including details of your current bundle, your usage (the number of invoices remaining to be processed in your bundle), your payment method, and your billing history.
Only a user with the 'Management' role within the domain can view the bundle's subscription details.
In Yuki, you can view and adjust the following billing settings:

Access to My subscription
All saved settings, such as your subscription settings, are centralized within your domain and organized into logical categories.
To access these settings:
- click on the Switch domain icon at the top of the navigation bar
- then click on the name of your current bundle.

OR - click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
- then, in the now-opened screen, click on My subscription in the Billing section.
My subscription details

The following details of your subscription are shown:
- My bundle
The current bundle you have chosen in your domain.
To view the contents of your bundle in more detail, click on View in Yuki Store. - Your usage
Here you can see how many invoices you have left in your bundle.
The current number of purchase and sales invoices processed versus the allowed number of invoices to be processed in your bundle is shown:- from this month
- from last month
- the average over the last three months.
The number of invoices processed is shown in different colors in the bar:- Green: the number of invoices processed is less than 75% of the maximum number of invoices allowed in your bundle
- Orange: the number of invoices processed is more than 75% of the maximum number of invoices allowed in your bundle
- Red: the number of invoices processed exceeds the maximum number of invoices allowed in your bundle.
- Payment method
The current payment method you have chosen to pay for your bundle in the domain.
To change your payment method, click on Change payment method. - Invoicing history
A listing of all invoices invoiced to you from Yuki.
