Through the details (settings) of a domain, a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can change the status of a domain from 'Startup' to 'Active'.
Each new domain is created with the status 'Startup'. This phase is intended to indicate that the domain is still being set up and the customer is being started/trained. When a domain is fully set up, it is advisable to change the status of the domain to 'Active'. This is an internal status, the entrepreneur (customer) will not receive a notification about this. In an active domain, an entrepreneur can view the figures of the administration(s) in the domain.
The screen to view and/or change domain settings is opened as follows:
- automatically immediately after creating a new domain
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View domain details from the menu..
The following screen is opened:
Then, in the Contract section behind Status, click on the Activate link. The following screen is opened:
Click on the Activate button to change the status of the domain from 'Startup' to 'Active'.
