Set Calendar

Modified on Mon, 2 Mar at 3:14 PM

Which settings you can specify in a domain depends on the selected bundle (and any additional features added) and the role(s) you have as a user in the domain.

You can determine here what should be shown in your personal calendar and which people (users or employees) you can select when making an appointment.

You can also set whether or not to show the number of tasks per task type in your task list here.

Access to other settings

All saved settings, such as the calendar settings, are centralized within your domain and organized into logical categories.

To access these settings:

  • click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
  • then, in the now-opened screen, in the Other section click on Calendar.

Calendar settings details

Below are the available calendar settings.

Show cancelled appointments

A cancelled appointment is shown crossed out in your calendar.

Show only the first line of the appointment information

Show birthdays

The birthday of a person (employee, customer and/or supplier) is shown if the day of birth is entered on his or her contact card.

Directly selectable when creating appointments

Specify here that you can select users or employees directly when creating an appointment in the calendar.

Show totals by task type in task list

Specify whether or not a bar showing the number of tasks per task type should be shown on the right-hand side of your task list.

In this bar, you can filter by tasks you need to complete (To-do), tasks of yours that are still outstanding (Outstanding) and all tasks in a given period (History).

The scroll bar can be used as a subfilter to show all tasks with a certain priority:

  • Urgent
  • High or Urgent
  • Medium, High or Urgent
  • Each priority.
