Change your own password for domain

Which settings you can specify in a domain depends on the selected bundle (and any additional features added) and the role(s) you have as a user in the domain.


In Yuki, you can adjust various settings to personalize your experience and work more efficiently.


The password can always be changed by the user if he or she is already logged in to the Yuki environment.




In Yuki, you can define the following personal settings:

  • Preferences
    Personal preferences regarding your desktop, the Archive, your email, etc.
  • My profile
    Your contact card with all associated information.
  • Display settings
    Personal settings regarding your navigation bar and the menu bars in all your screens.
  • Email accounts
    Overview of your created email accounts.
  • Change password
    Change the password for your login domain.



Access to personal settings

All saved settings, such as changing your password, are centralized within your domain and organized into logical categories.


To access these settings:

  • click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
  • then, in the now-opened screen, in the Personal section click on Preferences
    OR
  • click on the user button in the top right corner
  • click on My profile
  • then click on the Change password link behind Password
    OR
  • click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar
  • find and open your own contact card
  • then cllick on the Password button.


Change password



To change your password, click on Change Password next to Password. The following screen is opened:



In the screen above, you must:

  • enter the existing password
  • enter the new password
  • confirm the new password by entering it again.


Then click on the Save button to save the new password.


Yuki has specific requirements for passwords to ensure security. These guidelines ensure that your password is strong enough to prevent unauthorized access.
