Confirm data processing agreement for domain

Due to privacy legislation (AVG/GDPR), accounting offices are required to enter into a Data Processing Agreement with every entrepreneur. This agreement contains all arrangements regarding the processing of personal data, the procedure surrounding data breaches, the right to audits, and the security measures within the software.

Who is authorized to sign?

The data processing agreement can only be confirmed digitally by a user authorized to do so. In Yuki, these are:

  • the domain owner
  • users with the role 'Management' role



Digitally sign data processing agreement

As soon as the accounting office has prepared the data processing agreement, the following banner will appear on the screen of the authorized signatory when he or she logs into the domain.



To accept the data processing agreement:

  • click on the Sign link in the banner

    The following screen is opened:


  • carefully review the contents of the data processing agreement
  • then check the I have read the data processing agreement (GDPR) and hereby accept the agreement as an authorized signatory on behalf of [name domain] checkbox


  • click on the Accept button to definitively sign the data processing agreement

    The following message appears on the screen:



Where can you find the signed agreement?

The signed data processing agreement is always stored within your Yuki domain. The document can be found on the 'Documentation' tab in the 'Other financial' folder in the Archive.



The authorized signatory can view, download, or print the document at any time.
