With the Rabobank accounting link you can automatically process all your bank transactions in your administration in Yuki. No more downloading and uploading! In this way, your bank in Yuki is updated daily, so you can manage your clients' payment behaviour much more accurately.
The accounting link is used to submit the transactions of the corporate payment and savings accounts, foreign currency accounts and G accounts.
Rabobank bank transactions are automatically retrieved by Yuki once a day (including holidays) between 3 a.m. and 3 p.m..
TIP!
Yuki has also implemented an accounting link with ABN AMRO, Rabobank and ING.
The Rabobank accounting link must be realised from the domain in Yuki.
The accounting link is only possible for bank accounts within the Rabo Business Banking Professional environment.
Only a user with the 'Management' role in the domain can create, change or stop the Rabobank accounting link and if necessary manually import transactions via the accounting link.
In addition, this user must have one of the following roles within Rabo Business Banking (Pro):
- the role of 'Owner' with an owner's card
- the 'BeheerderPlus' role with authorisation to link the accounts for Rabo BoekhoudKoppeling
A user with a 'Backoffice' role in the domain can only view the overview of realised bank links and if necessary manually import transactions via the accounting link.

ATTENTION!
It may happen that the bank account is among the linked bank accounts and bank transactions are retrieved through the new accounting link but the old bank transactions cannot be imported manually. The following message is then displayed in the screen above: "Import is not possible when the bank account is not connected".
To solve this problem, tick the corresponding bank account under 'Linked Rabobank accounts' and click the 'Disconnect' button. Under 'Unlinked Rabobank accounts', tick the relevant bank account again and click the 'Link bank account' button.
The old bank transactions can now be imported manually again.
Yuki automatically fills in the From date (start of the current year) and To date (to today's date). You can change these dates if you wish.
Click the Import button to import all transactions from the relevant Rabobank account for the specified period.
