Within Yuki, there are several ways to import bank statements and transaction data from your Dutch bank account(s). This can be done fully automatically via a direct accounting link or manually via export files. This also applies to any foreign currency accounts held with these banks.
Automatic bank links (Recommended)
For fast and error-free processing, you can link your bank account directly to Yuki. Transactions are then imported automatically on a daily basis.
- Direct links: available for ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING, and Knab
For a detailed description of the ABN AMRO, ING and Knab accounting link see the Links category.
For a detailed description of the Rabobank accounting link see article Rabobank accounting link. - Ponto PSD2 connection: Do you want to connect all your bank accounts securely, reliably, and in accordance with the latest PSD2 and GDPR regulations? Then use the connection via Ponto.
For a detailed description, see article Ponto PSD2 links.
Manually upload export files
If you are not using an automatic integration, download the export files yourself via your bank’s online banking system. You can submit these files to Yuki in two ways:
- Upload them directly to the Bank folder.
- Email them as attachments to the unique email address for your Yuki administration.
Supported file formats
In general, Yuki supports the three most commonly used formats by Dutch banks:
- MT940 (NL)
- CAMT.053
- CSV (Comma-Separated Values).
Yuki bank import format
If you don’t have an official export file from the bank, you can also submit bank transactions using the special Yuki bank import format. You can easily create and fill out this file yourself in Excel.
An example of the Yuki Bank Import Format is attached at the bottom of this article.
