Triodos bank export files

In Yuki it is possible to import the bank statements of the Triodos bank as an electronic bank file. 

You have to submit your Triodos bank transactions in MT940 format (unstructured).

You have to go through the following steps in order to download a bank file of your corporate account with the Triodos bank:

• You log in to online banking with the Triodos bank (https://bankieren.triodos.nl/ib-seam/login.seam?locale=nl_NL)
  
  
  

• Click 'Overzichten' and then click 'Downloaden'.
  
  
  

• Select 'Zoekopdracht' on the basis of which you want to download your transactions.

• Select the corporate bank account.

• Select the start date and the end date of the period for which you want to download the transactions.
• Select the 'MT940 (unstructured)' download format.
• Click the 'Downloaden' button.
• Click the 'Herladen' button.
  You will now find your download in the overview of requested downloads of the past two weeks.
• Click the download icon in order to retrieve the downloaded file.
• You can now save the file.
  In most browsers the file will be saved in the 'Downloads' folder.

We strongly advise you not to open the bank file before you upload it in your administration in Yuki or send it as an attachment per email to 'your domain name@yukiworks.nl'. 

The electronic bank file will be processed automatically in your administration.
