Van Lanschot allows you to export or download bank statements (transactions) for a selected period via online banking and save them as an export file. This electronic file can then be uploaded to Yuki, so that the transactions are automatically processed in the administration.
Check date of most recently imported transaction
Before exporting transactions, it’s important to check the date up to which bank transactions have already been processed in Yuki. You can find this date in the last column of the overview of all bank accounts in Yuki.
If the bank account in question does not yet exist in Yuki, it will be created automatically when you upload the file. After that, you only need to specify which ledger the bank account belongs to.
Supported file formats
To import Van Lanschot bank transactions into Yuki, you must submit the export file in one of the following formats:
- MT940 Structured
- CAMT.053.
Download Van Lanschot bank file
You have to go through the following steps in order to download a bank file of your corporate account with Van Lanschot:
- You log in to online banking with Van Lanschot (https://login.vanlanschot.com/login)

- Click 'Betalen'.
- Go to 'Beheer' and then click 'Exporteren mutaties'.
- Select the corporate bank account.
- Select the start date and the end date of the period for which you want to download transactions.
- Select the 'MT940 Structured' or 'CAMT.053' file format.
- Click 'Exporteren'.
You will be asked what you want to do with the file. You can now download the bank file. - Click 'Opslaan' in order to save the file in a folder on your PC.
Upload Van Lanschot bank file to Yuki
We recommend that you do not open or edit the bank file. This ensures that the file structure remains intact and allows Yuki to process the file correctly.
You can then upload the downloaded bank file to Yuki via the PO Box or send it as an attachment by email to <yourdomainname>@yukiworks.nl.
The electronic bank file will be automatically processed in your administration.
