Yuki offers support for the import of the export files of most Dutch banks. These files have to be downloaded by the user via the online banking system of the bank. The files that you have downloaded from the bank yourself only need to be uploaded in the 'Bank' folder or emailed as an attachment to the email address of your administration. In addition it is also possible to daily import mutations of the ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING and Knab automatically via an accounting connection.
For a detailed description of the ABN AMRO, ING and Knab accounting link see category Links.
For a detailed description of the Rabobank accounting link see article Rabobank accounting link.
TIP!
It is also possible to link all bank accounts according to PSD2 and GDPR regulations to Yuki via Ponto in a secure and reliable way.
For a detailed description of the accounting link with Ponto see article Ponto PSD2 links.
In general the banks use two different types of file formats:
- MT940 (NL)
- Comma separated files (.CSV).
If you don't have an original file of the bank then you can also submit bank transactions by using a special Yuki bank import format. You can simply create this format in Excel yourself.
An example of the Yuki bank import format in Excel has been added as an attachment to this article.
