Each user in a domain can set his or her personal preferences, these will have a minor effect on the functioning of Yuki. In addition there are a number of settings that can be configured that will surely affect the functioning of the software.
The settings that you can configure depend on the role(s) that you have as a user in a domain.
All configured settings are gathered and categorised in one place in your domain.
Click the Settings icon in the navigation bar and the settings screen is now opened:
The settings shown here depend on the selected bundle, the user rights in a domain and additional features added in a domain.
The settings that you can configure in your domain are divided into the following categories:
- Personal
- Domain
- Workspace
- Financial
- Sales
- Banks
- Integrations
- Other.
Below these settings are briefly described per category.
Personal
These settings will not affect the functioning of Yuki:
- Personal settings
Personal preferences regarding your desktop, the Archive, the Yuki ScanWizard, your mail etc. - Email accounts
Overview of all your created email accounts. - Display settings
Personal settings for your navigation bar and the menu bars in all your screens.
Domain
The following settings will affect the functioning of Yuki:
- My domain
Overview of administrations and users who have access to the domain - Rights matrix
Overview of roles and administration rights of users who have access to the domain - Block and close
Overview of blocked and/or closed administrations - Tags (doesn't affect the functioning of Yuki)
Active and inactive tags - Messages
Questions about administration, messages about VAT return or points of attention - Tax authorities
Required or no required approval of the VAT return by the entrepreneur (customer) before the VAT return is sent to the tax authorities. - My subscription
All details of your bundle's subscription such as details of your current bundle, usage (number of invoices processed), payment method and billing history of the bundle can be viewed here.
Workspace

Overview of e-mail addresses that have been blacklisted or whitelisted from the Digital mail. - Task type
In Yuki you can use different task types in each document. A task is an action, question or assignment for a user in Yuki.
Financial
Here the following settings can be configured:

Create your own payment methods for payment of sales invoices.
Sales
The following settings will affect the functioning of Yuki:
- Sales settings
Here you can configure the following settings for your sales invoices and quotations:- Invoice
- Invoice delivery
- Quotations
- Invoice layouts
- Quotation layouts.
- Reminder settings
Here you can configure the following settings for the reminders and demands for payments of your sales invoices:- Manual reminders
- Automated reminders (Yuki reminder service)
- Blocked contacts (Yuki reminder service)
- Layouts.
Banks
The settings below will affect the functioning of Yuki:
- Payment list settings
Here you can set the payment list security so that documents to be paid are not immediately added to the payment list but have to be approved first, so to speak. You can also specify whether or not to work with a payment discount for documents to be paid.
Ponto PSD2 links
Ponto enables bank accounts from more than 30 banks to be securely and reliably linked to Yuki according to PSD2 and GDPR regulations.Purchase invoice settings (affects the functioning of Yuki )
Disable mandatory bank account entry when processing purchase invoices with payment method 'Electronic transfer'.
Integrations
The following settings will affect the functioning of Yuki:
- Mollie
You can configure Mollie as online payment provider for your digital sales invoices by following the steps below:- Link administration in Yuki to your existing Mollie account ór create a new Mollie account that will be linked immediately
- Add Mollie payment link to the invoice layout of your sales invoices
- Your customers pay your sales invoices via Mollie
- Import bank statements of Mollie in your administration
- Import purchase invoices of Mollie in your administration
- Process transactions of Mollie in your administration.
- Web services
Settings for the exchange of information with applications/services of external parties. - Peppol
PEPPOL is a European initiative to standardise e-invoicing. It makes it possible to send and receive e-invoices more securely to and from your relations who are also in the secure Peppol network. An e-invoice is an electronic invoice. On an e-invoice, the required data is always in a fixed place with its own coding. This makes it possible for Yuki to automatically process an e-invoice. Here you will find an overview of all administrations that are currently registered in Peppol.
If required, you can register or unregister an administration in Peppol. - Bank connections
Here you will find all the bank connections that are currently realised in the domain.
You can add a new Rabobank connection by following these steps:- Activate the 'Rabobank accounting link' feature in Yuki (by accountant)
- Grant a one-off authorization to retrieve bank transactions
- Link bank account(s)
- If necessary, import bank transactions manually via the Rabobank accounting link.
- Nmbrs settings
To import pay slips, payroll journal entries, payroll tax assessments and annual statements from Nmbrs®, the Yuki domain and/or administration(s), among others, must be configured properly.
Other
These settings will not affect the functioning of Yuki:
- Calendar
Personal preferences for the calendar view - Archive
For the documents in the Archive you can set which users have access to the standard documents in the grey folders (top shelf in the Archive)
