In Yuki, it is possible to manually create quotations, send them by mail or email to your potential customers, and then handle them correctly.

Create sales invoice in foreign language

You can also create English, French or German quotations in Yuki.

The following steps required to work with quotations in Yuki are described below:

Prepare quotations

To prepare for working with quotations in Yuki, the following items must be taken care of:

set up quotation settings (e.g. setting and changing quotation number)
create or change quotation layout (among other things, creating digital invoice paper based on PDF)
add sales items
add sales item or new item price to price list.

Create quotation

To create a new quotation, follow these steps:

enter the quotation details (contact, layout and validity)
add one or more quotation lines (sales items)
if necessary, add additional details (project and/or tags)
if required, add an attachment to the quotation (from your device or from the Archive in Yuki)
save the quotation as a draft quotation.

Send quotation

If required, the quotation can be sent directly to your potential customer. To do so, follow these steps:

prepare the quotation for sending it directly to the potential customer
if necessary, add notes
check and, if necessary, change the invoice date and/or sending method
process the quotation in the administration (this will cause the quotation to be sent to the potential customer).
