In Yuki, it is possible to manually create quotations, send them by mail or email to your potential customers, and then handle them correctly.
TIP!
You can also create English, French or German quotations in Yuki.

All actions to be performed to work with quotations in Yuki are described below.
Prepare quotations
To prepare for working with quotationsin Yuki, the following things need to be in place
- define settings for quotations (including setting and changing quotation number)
(see article Quotations) - create or change quotation layout (among other things, creating digital invoice paper based on PDF)
(see article Create or change quotation layout) - add sales items
(see article Create sales item) - add sales item or new item price to price list
(see article Add sales item (with new price) to price list).
Create quotation
The following steps must be completed to create a new quotation:
- enter the quotation details (contact, layout and validity)
(see article Enter quotation details) - add one or more quotation lines (sales items)
(see article Add quotation lines (sales items) to quotation)) - if required, add additional details
(see article Add additional details to quotation) - if required, add an attachment to the quotation from your device or from the archive in Yuki
(only available in new Sales functionality)
(se article Add attachment(s) to quotation) - save the quotation as a draft quotation
(see article Save quotation as draft quotation).
Send quotation
If required, the quotation can be sent directly to your potential customer, to do this, go through the following steps:
- prepare the quotation for sending it directly to the potential customer
(see article Prepare quitation for sending) - if required, add notes
(see article Add notes to quotation) - if required, change the quotation date and/or sending method
(see article Change quotation date and/or sending method) - process the quotation in the administration which means it is actually sent to the potential customer
(see article Process (and send) quotation).
Handle quotation
Then, the sent quotation must be handled:
- update the status of the sent quotation
(see article Update status of sent quotation).
