The Yuki Quotation feature allows you to create your own digital quotations. You can create various layouts to send the right quotation to your customer automatically and very quickly. Once sent, these quotations are immediately processed in the administration and placed in the correct folder.
Yuki Quotation is only available when a user with the ‘Management’ role has selected the Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle via the Yuki Store in the domain.
Yuki Quotation is integrated into the updated Sales functionality.
FOR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS FEATURE, SEE SALES FAQ!
At the request of a potential customer of your company, a quotation (formal offer) may be prepared. A quotation can be about a service or a product.
A quotation describes what you have agreed with your potential customer about work, schedule and costs.
A quotation is not an informal document in which you describe the assignment; from the moment your customer signs the quotation, this is a legal agreement.
Once you have sent a quotation to the customer, you can immediately view and/or change the status of each quotation: sent, open, rejected, accepted and invoiced.
TIP!
You can also create English, French or German quotations.
Prepare quotations
In order to create and then send quotations with Yuki, the following things must be in place:

(see article Create or change quotation layout) - Add sales items
(see article Create sales item) - Add sales item (with new price) to price list

Click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar and then click on Quotations. The Yuki Offerte home screen is opened:
Once the quotations are prepared, quottions can be created from Yuki and then sent to your customers by mail or email.
For a detailed description, see article Create, send and handle quotation.
Of course, the quotations sent to your customers must include some basic information.
For a detailed description see the article Basic details on quotation.
