Add sales item (with new price) to price list

All sales items you have created in the domain are always automatically added to the standard price list of the selected administration in a domain. 

An administration's standard price list is a price list excluding VAT.

However, multiple price lists can be created In Yuki for e.g. sales to both individuals and companies. In that case, while creating a sales item, you can select the appropriate price list in an administration.

A sales item or a new item price (valid from and/or valid until date) can always be added to one or more of these additional price lists.

Access to Sales item

To access:

• click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
• click on Sales items
• in the now-opened screen, click on the description of the respective sales item
• then, in the now-opened screen, click on the Add item to a price list button.

• click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
• click on Price lists
• in the now-opened screen, click on the description of the price list to which you want to add a sales item
• in the now-opened screen, click on the Add a sales item button
• select the sales item you want to add to the price list
  
  Filter on Reference or Description
  If required, you can filter the sales items by clicking in the filter bar, selecting the Reference or Description tag, entering the value on which you want to filter the list and then pressing [Enter].

Add sales item to price list

The correct price list and the details of the sales item to be added can be entered in the fields described below.

Price list (required) 

If you have created several price lists in addition to the standard price list, you can specify here which price list you want to add this sales item to. A sales item can also always be added to several price lists later.

Valid from

Indicate from which date the new item price is valid in this price list.

Valid until 

Indicate until which date the new item price is valid in this price list.

VAT rate (required)

Select the correct VAT rate.

Price (required)

Enter the new item price here.

After entering the details, click on the Save button to add the item with the new item price to the selected price list.
