Add attachment(s) to quotation

In Yuki, it is possible to manually create a quotation and then send it to your customer by mail or email. Then, if necessary, the quotation can be handled correctly.




To create a new quotation, the following steps must be followed:



Access to new quotation

You can create a quotation from two places in Yuki:

  • click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
  • if required, click on Dashboard
  • then, if required. select the Quotation menu option from the dropdown menu of the Create... button

    OR

  • click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Quotations
  • then, in the now-opened screen, click on the New quotation button.



Add attachment(s)




You can add one or more attachment(s) to the quotation you want to send to the customer by searching, selecting and then uploading them:

  • from your device by clicking on the Upload button
  • from the archive in Yuki by clicking on the Add from Archive button.


The following types of files can be added as attachments:

  • pdf
  • doc(x)
  • xls(x)
  • ppt(x)
  • txt
  • jpg
  • png
  • bmp
  • gif.


The total MB of the added attachment(s) must not exceed 5 MB.


The attachment(s) can be found in the Archive in the Sales folder.


TIP!

An added attachment is not included when copying a quotation.


Delete attachment

You can delete an added attachment by clicking on the cross behind the file name.
