In Yuki, you can view several work lists (workfow) and overviews of all sent, outstanding, and quotations to be invoiced.
The following work lists from the quotation workflow are available:
The following quotation overviews are available:
Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar and then click on Quotations. In the now opened screen, selectt the work list or overview you want to view.
In every work list or overview, a user can:
- create a new quotation
- download all shown columns as a CSV file (Excel) or copy them to the clipboard
- customize the view
- search for data.
Create new quotation
Click on the New quotation button.

Download data as CSV file or copy to clipboard
Click on the Download button and then select Download as CSV or Copy to clipboard from the dropdown menu.
The name of the downloaded CSV file is:
- QuotationDocumentsDatalistV2_Drafts_[Today's date].csv
- QuotationDocumentsDatalistV2 _Ready-to-send_[Today's date].csv
- QuotationDocumentsDatalistV2_Sent_[Today's date].csv
- QuotationDocumentsDatalistV2_Ready-to-invoice_[Today's date].csv
- QuotationDocumentsDatalistV2_All_[Today's date].csv
- QuotationDocumentsDatalistV2_Quotation-history_[Today's date].csv
- LogQuotationsDatalist_Activity-log_[Today's date].csv.
Customize view
The view can be customized in the following ways:
- Administration: If necessary, select the quotations from the appropriate administration.
- Period: Specify, if possible, from which period you want to view quotations.
- Column selection: By default, a number of columns are shown in each work list or overview. These columns can be changed by selecting or deselecting columns.
- Column sorting: All shown columns can be sorted ascending or descending.
Search data
The search bar can be used to search for:
- (part of a) name
The search result now shows all data in which this name has been entered in, for example, the 'Description', 'Subject', 'Name', 'Company name' or 'Contact' field. - number
The search result now shows all data where the number is entered in, for example, the 'Description', 'Subject', 'Name', 'Company name' or in a numeric field such as 'Invoice number'. - amount
You can search for an exact amount by entering this amount in the search field, for example, '54,45' or '54.45'. - date
You can search for a specific date by entering it as:- 31/08/2020
- 31-08-2020
- 310820
- 31082020.
Targeted search
You can also perform a targeted search using different search terms. After each search, the search result can be further specified by adding a new search term.
