The home screen serves as the central dashboard within your domain. It provides direct and real-time insight into key performance indicators, outstanding items, recent uploads, and financial trends.
ATTENTION!
What you see on the dashboard depends entirely on your user role(s). Data to which you do not have access based on your role is automatically hidden.

Access to Dashboard
To open your personal dashboard, click on the Home icon in the navigation bar.
The Dashboard is opened:

Set up and customize dashboard
You decide which information appears on your dashboard via the Dashboard settings button (top right of the screen).
First time logging in (user with the role 'Management', 'Financial administration', or 'External accountant')
Upon first use, you can determine how your dashboard is configured via a quick selection:
- Optimizing my workflow: activates the Outstanding section.
- Making strategic decisions for my business: activates the Insights section.
- Show me everything: activates both Outstanding and Insights.

Dashboard sections
Below you will find a description of the different sections that make up the dashboard.
1. Set up your Yuki (Onboarding checklist)
Available by default to all users.

This is a step-by-step plan to optimally set up your domain:
- Get to know Yuki: complete your administration profile, upload or email your first invoices, and install the Yuki Assistant app.
(see article Yuki Assistant app) - Connect your bank: add bank accounts and establish active connections.
- Create invoice: create invoice settings, layouts, and sales items, and send your first invoice.
- Finish configuration: set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and check your Peppol status.
2. Personal key figures for your domain
Available to all users.

This overview immediately shows where action is required:
- Outstanding questions: questions from the back office that have been assigned to you.
(see article Questions (communication between back office and user)) - Missing sales/purchase invoices: outstanding bank transactions for which Yuki has not (yet) found a corresponding document.
(see article Missing invoices (Entrepreneur)) - Unprocessed documents: files that have been marked by the back office as 'Not processed'.
(se article Unprocessed documents) - Digital mail: documents that are ready from external sources (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Peppol).

ATTENTION!
For users with the 'Purchase', 'Sales', or 'HRM' role, only 'Outstanding questions', 'Documents that cannot be processed', and 'Internal tasks' are shown within the key figures.
3. Recent uploads
Available to all users.
Here you can view the most recently submitted documents.

Click on the Upload button to manually select files, choose the correct administration, and place the files directly in the correct folder.
ATTENTION!
By default, all documents are delivered to the 'To be handled by Yuki' folder.
Alternative delivery methods
Documents can also be delivered via other methods within your domain in Yuki:
- Yuki Assistant app
(see article Submit documents via Yuki Assistant app) - Email address for documents
- Google Drive or Dropbox
(see article Google Drive or Dropbox).
Click on Read more in the blue bar to set up Google Drive and Dropbox immediately.
The following screen is opened:
Click on the Set up Google Drive or Set up Dropbox button to configure these delivery methods.
4. Help pages & Ask a question (via GPT assistant)
Available to all users.
Provides direct access to the Knowledge Base and the ability to quickly find an answer to questions.

5. Outstanding
This section is only available to users with the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role.
Sales Invoices is also available to users with the 'Sales' role.
Payment List is also available to users with the 'Purchase' role.
The outstanding items consist of two parts:
- Sales Invoices: direct insight into outstanding and overdue customer invoices.

- Payment list: overview of documents and items to be paid for which the payment date has passed.
(see article Yuki Payment Service (Payment List)).

TIP!
Click on a specific line in either overview to open the underlying sales invoice or document directly.
6. Insights (Charts)
Only available to users with the 'Management', 'Financial administration', or 'External accountant' role.
Navigation
- Select the desired year in the top right and use the Refresh button to retrieve the most current status
- .Hover your mouse over the charts to view the figures in more detail.
Click on View report for a comprehensive report.
Available graphs
- Net revenue: shows the monthly net sales for the current year compared to last year.

- Debtors and creditors: shows the age of outstanding items from customers and suppliers (divided into <= 30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days and >= 91 days).

- Profit and loss: a direct monthly comparison between revenue and incurred costs (current year vs. last year).

- Bank balance: shows the trend and development of the total bank balance (up to 12 months back).
