Bookmarks

You can use bookmarks from any screen in your domain in Yuki to create a so-called shortcut to a function, overview or document that you regularly look for. 


Bookmarks replace the shortcuts from the “old” Home page and can be found in the top right corner of every screen in your domain. 


ATTENTION!

  • Each user can add his or her own bookmarks in a domain.
  • All users with the 'Back office' role in the domain have the same bookmarks.


From any screen in Yuki, a user can:

  • add a bookmark
  • add an external link
  • add a section
  • place bookmark/external link in specific section (or correct order)
  • delete bookmark/external link/section or change its name.

Add bookmark

Go to the page in your domain e.g. the payment list in Yuki that you want to bookmark. Then click on the Bookmarks icon at the top right of your screen.



The following screen is opened:



To add a bookmark to the current page, click on the arrow behind the Add... button. and then select Current page from the dropdown menu.

You can change the name of the new bookmark immediately, if required. Then click on the check mark behind the bookmark name to save it.



In the manner described above, create the required bookmarks for each feature, overview or document in your domain.


Add external link

You can also add an external link (to a web address) to your domain as a bookmark.


Click on the Bookmarks icon at the top right of your screen. Then in the now-opened screen, click on the arrow behind the Add... button. and then select External link from the dropdown menu.



The following screen is opened:



Enter the name of the external link in the top empty field and the corresponding web address in the bottom field. Then click on the check mark behind the bookmark name.



The external link is now added to the bookmark list.


Add section

You can add one or more sections to the list of bookmarks yourself.


At the top right of your screen, click on the Bookmarks icon. Then, in the now-opened screen, click on the arrow behind the Add... button. and then select Section from the dropdown menu.



The following screen is opened:



Enter the name of the new section and then click on the check mark after the section name.



The new section has now been added.


Place bookmark/external link in specific section (or correct order)

You can place one or more bookmarks/external links in a specific section or order.


At the top right of your screen, click on the Bookmarks icon. 


The following screen is opened:



Using the icon in front of the bookmark/external link name, drag the corresponding bookmark/external link under the name of the specific section or the appropriate position in the list.


Delete bookmark/external link/section or change its name

To delete a bookmark, external link or section or change its name, hover your mouse over the bookmark, external link or section in question and click the pencil icon behind the name.



The following screen is opened



Now change the name of the bookmark, external link or section or delete it by clicking on the trash bin.
