How do I get started with Yuki?

Start-up phase

All the steps to be completed by the administrative office/accountant to start with a new portal is described in article Start with new portal.


Before an entrepreneur can actually begin using Yuki, the entrepreneur and the accounting firm/accountant must enter a number of details during the start-up phase.


All steps to be completed by the entrepreneur together with the accountant during the start-up phase are described in article Start with new domain (entrepreneur).


Logging in to Yuki and navigating within a domain

Navigating in Yuki and the various functionalities/features available to both an entrepreneur and the accountant or back office (administrative and/or accounting firm staff) within a domain is described in article How can I log in to Yuki? en How can I navigate in my domain in Yuki?


Functionality in accountant portal

The functionality that the accountant and back office can use within their own portal is described in article Your Dashboard in Yuki accountant portal.


Deliver administration

To really start accounting, it is important that all documents (such as invoices and bank statements) are submitted to Yuki. This can be done in five different ways:

  • Uploading
  • Through a Dropbox account
  • Through a private Google drive account
  • Mailing
  • Using the Yuki Assistant app (available for Apple and Android).


This requires opening the Po Box and choosing one of the following options:

Customize domain settings

In a Yuki domain, personal preferences and settings that affect the operation of the software can be changed by both the entrepreneur and the accountant or back office:
