Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
The screen below is the home screen of a portal that provides access to screens available only to Yuki partners. From this screen, an office's employees manage all customers, track the back office, manage the workflow and maintain the administrations. Thus, these offices have much more than an accounting package at their disposal.
The sections framed in red are only available to a user with the 'Portal administrator' role.
For all office staff, the home screen is also their personal dashboard in the Yuki portal. The dashboard adapts to your role and constantly provides you with information about the status of your workflow, the latest questions or answers from your customers, and about your personal productivity and quality.
Your Dashboard consists of the following sections:
- Navigator
- Personal key figures
- Domains in startup phase
- Recent questions and responses
- Quality monitor.
ATTENTION!
In a Basic portal the Quality monitor and the functionalities Samples, Satisfaction and Quality are not available.
In a Professional portal, all functionalities are available.
The different sections of your Dashboard are described in detail below.
In each section, a functionality/feature is indicated in red if it is only available to a user with the 'Portal Administrator' role.

At the bottom right of the Navigator you will find the Search field that you can use to search administrations (domains) in the portal and open them directly.
Personal key figures
The sections framed in red are only available to a user with the 'Portal Administrator' role.
ATTENTION!
If you are a user with the 'Portal administrator' role then the numbers relate to the entire office.
If you are a user with a 'Portal back office' role then the numbers relate to your own workflow and history.
On your dashboard you will find the following key figures:
- Workflow: the number of current, overdue, on schedule and upcoming transactions in domains you are responsible for.
- BO Outstanding questions: the number of outstanding questions assigned to you.
- BO Outstanding tasks: the number of outstanding tasks assigned to you
- BO VAT returns: the number of VAT returns for which you are responsible
- Overdue company checks: the number of overdue monthly checks to perform based on the quality monitor
- Samples to check: the number of samples to check (this is only visible if your office has activated a sample check)
- Team productivity: the number of transactions you processed in the current month
- Incorrectly processed: the number of errors from the sample check over the last 30 days (this is only visible if your office has activated a sample check).

Domains in phase
This shows the number of domains that have the status 'Startup' for more than 7 months. To view the details of all domains, click on the tile, The following screen is shown:
TIP!
An entrepreneur with access to a domain in the startup phase will see a message on the screen stating that the financial data about the initial situation of the company is still being processed.
Recent questions and responses
This overview gives you a list of the 20 most recent questions or responses, as far as they are assigned to you in person.
Clicking on the question opens the relevant domain and allows you to read and answer or handle the question or response directly.
Quality monitor
The following data are shown here:
- This month: average grade of the quality monitor scores.
- Bad grades: the percentage of bad grades (scores). A grade is bad when the score is 5.9 or lower.
- Difference from last month: difference from last month in points between the current average score and the average score as measured on the last day of the previous month.
- History of scores in a bar chart
These scores and the corresponding number of administrations are shown in different colors in the graph or above the graph in the legend.
For example, by moving your mouse over the graph you can see in the screenshot above that in July this year there were two administrations with a score of 7.
TIP!
The color gray indicates the number of administrations without a score from the quality monitor i.e. no monthly check has been recorded yet. In the example above, there were five administrations without a score in July.
