A user with the “Portal administrator” role can view here a management report of the figures (scores) of all checks performed by the Quality monitor of the companies in the domains of the portal.
ATTENTION!
In a Basic portal, the Quality functionality is not available.
From this screen, a user with the role 'Portal Administrator' can:
- view the company details (settings).
In the accountant portal, click on Workflow and then click on Quality to view the figures (scores) of all checks performed by the quality monitor of the companies in the domains of the portal.
The following screen is opened:
The Difference with last check column shows the difference in points between the current score of the quality monitor and the score of the last recorded check by the accountant.
To directly view the quality monitor of a company and the associated administration(s), click on the number of the company in question.
TIP!
To view the quality monitor of all companies together in the (sub)portal, click on the Monitor icon at the top right of your screen and then click on Quality monitor in the dropdown menu

Filters
In this screen you can filter the data shown by:
- Workflow: show only the companies with an overdue workflow check, workflow check to be performed in the current month or a checked workflow.
- Rating: show only the rating of companies with a bad, good or perfect rating from the quality monitor.
- User: show only the companies of which you are the controller, the companies of a certain person (user with portal access) or the companies of which you are the account manager.
View company details (settings)
Hover your mouse over the respective company's line, click on the button with the three dots, and then click on View company details.
