To view the Back office monitor of all companies combined in the portal, click on the Monitor icon at the top right of your screen and then select Back office monitor from the menu.

To view the Back office monitor of another (sub)portal, click on the Switch portal icon at the top left of your screen and then click on the relevant sub portal.

To view the Back office monitor including data from the subportals, check the Include sub portals checkbox in the upper right corner.
The following statistics are shown In the Back office monitor:
- Transactions (workflow):
- Today: the total number of transactions to be processed today>.
- Overdue: the number of overdue transactions to be processed
- On schedule: the number of transactions processed on schedule
- Tomorrow: the number of transactions to be processed tomorrow.
- Customer satisfaction score
- Score timeliness of processing transactions
- Questions:
- Today: the total number of inquiries to be handled today
- Overdue: the number of overdue inquiries to be handled
- On schedule: the number of inquiries handled on schedule
- Tomorrow: the number of queries to be handled tomorrow.
- Number of administrations
- Average quality rating for the past 12 months
- History of transactions processed (workflow) in a bar chart
These scores and the corresponding number of manually or automatically processed transactions by Yuki or the partners are shown in different colors in the chart or above the chart in the legend.
For example, by moving your mouse over the graph, you can see in the image above that 41 transactions were automatically processed by partners in December last year.
