Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
The workflow includes all documents and bank transactions that could not be processed automatically by Yuki and thus still need to be processed by an employee (back office) of the office.
ATTENTION!
By default, each user sees here all documents and transactions to be processed from the domains for which he or she is responsible.
From this screen, each user can:
- update the workflow.
In the accountant portal, click on Workflow and then click on Workflow to view the pending workflow in the domains of the portal.
The following screen is opened:
Click on the number in the Workflow, Questions, In process, Unclear transactions, Int. transfer, Inconsistencies or Mails in Spam column to directly view and/or complete the relevant data in the domain.
When the Self-accounting feature is activated for a domain, it is shown by default in the Self-accounting column.
TIP!
Add the Last workflow update column to see the date the workflow was last updated.
Filters
You can filter the data shown in this screen by:
- Assigned to: select the user whose workflow you want to view assigned to them.
- Workflow: the workflow of Today, Overdue, On schedule or Tomorrow.
In addition, you can use an extended filter by clicking the filter button in the upper right corner of the search/filter bar:
This allows you to filter the data shown by:
- Backup: domains for which yourself, a particular person, nobody or the selected user is the backup.
- Controller: domains for which yourself, a specific person, no one or the selected user is the controller.
- Account manager: domains for which yourself, a specified person, nobody or the selected user is the account manager.
- Type:
- All
- Documents: domains in which documents still need to be processed
- Bank: domains in which bank transactions to be processed are in the workflow.
ATTENTION!
As soon as you select more than one filter in the extended filter, they are applied as AND criteria.
Update workflow
After completing the workflow (workflow, questions, documents in process, unclear transactions, internal transfers and/or inconsistencies) in a domain, the data on the corresponding workflow can be updated by moving your mouse over the line of the corresponding domain. Then click on the button with the three dots and select Update workflow from the drop-down menu.
