View and/or change user profile in portal

Yuki provides every user with portal access with a “personal” profile. Your user profile consists of your profile details, your contact details, your employee details and your financial details (banking).


From this screen, you can:

  • add a photo to your profile
  • change your profile details
  • change your contact details
  • change the employee details
  • change the financial details
  • change the account settings:
    • Account access: change password or email address for login
    • Security: enable or disable two-factor authentication.


From this screen, a user with the “Portal administrator” role can:

  • add a photo to the profile
  • change the profile details (including roles)
  • change the contact details
  • change the employee details
  • change the financial details.


From this screen, any user with access to the portal can:

  • add a photo to the profile
  • change the profile details
  • change the contact details.


To access your own user profile, click the user button on the right side of your screen and then click My profile.



TIP!

Click on Premium Partner Support to directly open the Support Portal home page.


A user with the “Portal administrator” role or a user with portal access can open a user's user profile by clicking on Management and then clicking on Users from the accountant portal dashboard. 

The user profile can then be opened by clicking on the name of the user in question.

ATTENTION!

The data in the Employee and Financial section is only visible to yourself and a user with the 'Portal administrator' role.


Add picture to your profile

You can add a photo to the profile by clicking on the Upload icon in front of the user's name.



Then find and open the image file of the photo on your computer.


The photo is now added to your user profile.


TIP!

To change or delete the added image, click on the Upload icon.



Change profile details

To enter and/or change profile details, click on the Edit button in the Profile section.


The following screen is opened:



ATTENTION!

User roles are only visible to a user with the 'Portal administrator' role.


Save the data entered and/or changed by clicking on the Save button.


Change contact details

To enter and/or change contact information, click on the Edit button in the Contact details section.


The following screen is opened:



Save the data entered and/or changed by clicking on the Save button.


Change employee details

To enter and/or change employee details, click on the Edit button in the Employee section.


The following screen is opened:



Save the data entered and/or changed by clicking on the Save button.


Change financial details

To enter and/or change financial details, click on the Edit button in the Financial section.


The following screen is opened:



Save the data entered and/or changed by clicking on the Save button.


View and/or change account settings

To view and/or change your account settings, click on the Account settings button.
