In a portal in Yuki, a number of reports can be viewed that contain details of the functionalities/features in the portal.
The reports shown in bold below are only available to a user with the 'Portal administrator' role.
The following reports are available:
- Transactions
- Back office activity
- Submissions
- Timeliness of uploads
- Submissions by company
- Top vendors
- Entrepreneur activity
- Productivity
- Workflow monitor
- Quality
- Automation monitor
- Satisfaction
- Bundle pricing
- Samples
- Bank connections
- Entrepreneur engagement
- Yuki invoice specification.
In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Reports to view one of the reports available in the portal.
The following screen is opened by default with the 'Workflow monitor' report:
In each report, except the 'Workflow monitor' report you can:
- search in the Search field for data shown in the columns.
- download the data in all columns shown as a CSV or Excel file or copy the data to the clipboard.
The following describes how to change the display of the data shown in each report.
A separate article on each report describes only the specific display options and filters to be applied.
Customize view
The following filters can be applied:
- Period: indicate, if possible, from which period you want to view the data.
- Portal: if necessary, select the data of the appropriate (sub)portal.
- Column sorting: all columns shown can be sorted ascending or descending.
- Column selection: by default, a number of columns are shown in each work list or report. These columns can be customized by selecting or deselecting columns.
