An administration is a sole proprietorship, V.O.F., B.V., N.V., foundation, association or any legal form registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

For many Yuki users, a domain will be the same as the online administration of his or her company. However, multiple administrations can be managed within a domain.

From this screen, a user with the “Portal administrator” or 'Portal back office' role can:

  • view the company details (settings)
  • view the domain details (settings)
  • directly open an administration
  • view the Fiscal unity (VAT)
  • view the Fiscal unity (corporate tax)
  • manually update the customer data changes to be synchronized (via CRMhub).

From this screen, a user with the role 'Portal administrator' can:

  • change the domain details (settings).

In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Administrations to view an overview of the companies (administrations) in your (sub)portal.

The following screen is always opened in the Default view:

TIP!

Add the “Closing date” column in this view so that you can see from each administration up to and including what date an administration is closed which will prevent any user from making changes before and on that date.

You can also indicate in this screen that one of the other views should be shown:

  • Fiscal unity
