Tasks (workflow portal)

From this screen, a user with the “Portal administrator” or “Portal back office” role can manage all tasks across all administrations you run for customers.


ATTENTION!

A customer question is automatically created as a task of the type 'Assigned bo question'.


From this screen, a user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can:

  • create a new task in the portal
  • complete a task
  • delete one, several or all tasks.


ATTENTION!

By default, each user sees all outstanding tasks assigned to him or her here.


In the accountant portal, click on Workflow and then on Tasks to view the outstanding tasks in the portal domains.


The following screen is always opened in the Default view:



There are two different types of tasks:

  • Task
  • Assigned bo question: a question from a customer is automatically created as this type of task.


ATTENTION!

Payroll tasks with points of interest for a user with the 'Portal administrator' role are created once a week. After a month, these tasks will automatically be set to 'Completed' so that this task list remains organized.


Views

You can also specify in this screen which other view of the tasks should be shown: 

  • Grouped by user


  • Grouped by type


Filters

In addition, in all views you can filter the shown data by:

  • Assigned to: select the user whose tasks you want to view assigned to her or him. 
  • Status of task
    • Open
    • Realized
    • Completed
    • Approved
    • Rejected.


In addition, you can use an extended filter by clicking on the filter button in the upper right corner of the search/filter bar:



Allows you to filter the displayed data by Task creator or task priority:

  • Urgent
  • High
  • Medium 
  • Low.

Create new task in portal

To create a new task in the portal, click on the New task button.

Complete task

To view and/or complete a task, click on the description of a task which will open the task concerned.

Delete one, several or all tasks

To delete one, several or all tasks, select the relevant tasks and click on Delete.
