The CRM functionality has an extensive address book that makes the management of contacts in Yuki orderly. With a single mouse click you can view contact data, correspondence and information that is connected with your accounting records like the payment behaviour of the contact, recent transactions and which activities are conducted for this contact. A contact in Yuki is a company or a (contact) person.


The Contacts functionality is available when a user with the 'Management' role has chosen the minimal version of Yuki (Minimal bundle) or the Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle via the Yuki Store in the domain.


Only a user with the 'Management' role can upgrade the minimal version of Yuki (Minimal bundle) to the Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle.


Click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar and the start screen of the Contacts is automatically opened: 


 

In this start screen the most important features of the Contacts are shown.    


List


Contacts

Here you can search for contacts or view contacts of different types. The recently opened contacts and important contacts are also shown.


My address book

In Yuki you can view all contacts in your personal address book whereby you have indicated on the relatiekaart that the contact should be added to your own address book.


Recently created

This overview shows a list of contacts that you have created recently. This is handy when you want to retrieve a contact again.


Deleted contacts (only available to user with 'Back office' role in the domain)

In Yuki you can view an overview of all deleted addresses (read contacts) in a domain.


Unused contacts (only available to user with 'Back office' role in the domain)

In Yuki you can view an overview of all unused addresses (read contacts) in a domain.


Default values (only available to user with 'Back office' role in the domain)

An overview of all processing rules that are created on document level and/or line level for contacts in one or more administrations. When processing a purchase invoice and/or (Yuki) sales invoice of a supplier or a customer the default values will be filled in automatically based on these processing rules.


Web addresses (unavailable to user with 'Back office' role in the domain)

An overview of all Web addresses that are created for contacts in the domain.


Bank accounts

An overview of all bank accounts that are created for contacts in one or more administrations.


Actions


Printer labels

You can print labels of all contacts in Yuki.


Bulk mail (unavailable to user with 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'HR' role)

It is possible to send large amounts of emails from Yuki to your contacts, for example for a marketing campaign. You can make use of socalled placeholders (mailmerge codes).


Bulk action

In Yuki it is possible to add an tag to a number of contacts at once ór to delete a number of contacts at once.


Import & Export (only available to user with 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role)

You can export the address book in order to subsequently import it in Excel, Outlook, Outlook Express or another Yuki domain. It is also possible to import addresses in the Yuki administration. The same formats are used for the import and export.
