The CRM functionality has an extensive address book that makes customer management easy to understand. One click on a button reveals contact details, correspondence, and accounting-related information such as the customer's payment history, recent transactions, and work performed for each customer. A contact in Yuki is a company or a (contact) person.
Contacts (CRM) is only available when a user with the 'Management' role has selected the Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle through the Yuki Store in the domain.
Only a user with the 'Management' role in your domain can upgrade from the minimal version of Yuki (Minimal) to the Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle.

Click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar and the Contacts home screen is opened:
In this home screen, you see a dropdown menu with the main functions of Contacts.

Here you can search for contacts, view contacts by contact type, and recently viewed addresses and important addresses are shhown.
In Yuki, you can view in your personal address book all contacts for which you indicated on the contact card that they should be included in your own address book.
This overview shows a list of contacts that you have recently created. This is useful if you want to request a contact again.
An overview of all Web addresses defined in the domain for contacts.
An overview of all bank accounts created in one or more administrations for contacts.

Printer labels
Labels of all contacts in Yuki can be printed.
Bulk mail (not available to a user with the 'HRM' role)
It is possible to send large numbers of emails from Yuki to your contacts, for example for a marketing campaign. This can be done using so-called placeholders (mail merge codes).

In Yuki, it is possible to add a tag to or remove a number of contacts at once.
Import & Export (only available for a user with the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role)
You can export the address book for subsequent import into Excel, Outlook, Outlook Express or into another Yuki domain. It is also possible to import addresses into the Yuki administration. This works with the same formats.
