Yuki Invoice (create, send and handle invoices)

The Yuki Invoice feature is integrated into the Sales functionality.

The Yuki Invoice feature allows you to:

• create various sales invoice layouts
•  build a sales item file
• define price lists
• create and send digital (recurring) sales invoices via post, by mail or Peppol
• if necessary,  handle sent invoices
• send reminders and/or demands for payment.

In Yuki, you can always send the correct sales invoices to your customers quickly, either manually or automatically.

Once sent, these sales invoices are immediately processed in the administration and placed in the correct folder in the Archive.

Yuki Invoice is only available when a user with the 'Management' role has selected the bundle Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited through the Yuki Store in the domain. 

Create sales invoice in foreign language

You can also create sales invoices in English, French, or German in Yuki.

Create sales invoicevia Sales web service

In addition to uploading and processing sales invoices or using Yuki Invoice (to create, send, and handle sales invoices), you can also automatically generate your sales invoices via the Sales Web Service.

With this web service, you can create sales invoices in Yuki based on a submitted XML message. 

Think, for example, of submitting sales invoices from a web store.

Send sales invoices to Dutch Government

You can send your sales invoices to the government as e-invoices via Simplerinvoicing. To do this, e-invoicing to a government agency must be activated and configured in your administration.

Prepare invoicing

To create and send sales invoices using Yuki, the following requirements must be met:

Once invoicing is prepared, sales invoices can be created from Yuki and then sent by post,  by email or via Peppol to your customers.

Dutch requirements for sales invoices

The sales invoices sent to your customers must of course meet the Dutch requirements for sales invoices.

Create and send recurring invoices

If you regularly send the same invoices to your customers, Yuki offers the option to have these recurring invoices automatically prepared for sending via a contract.

Send reminders and demands for payment

To get your customers to pay faster, it is necessary to send reminders and/or demands for payment. In Yuki, it is possible to perform this manually or automatically (Yuki reminders and demands for payment service). 

Reminders and/or demands for payment can also be created and sent in English, French or German.
