What does this mean for new domains that we as an office create?

All entrepreneurs whose domain is newly created in Nmbrs Accounting we are offering the first four months of Nmbrs Accounting free of charge. This period will start when the entrepreneur logs into Nmbrs Accounting for the first time. 

The entrepreneur will be able to use the following essential functionalities/features:

• Unlimited number of invoices: purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense claims (from employees).
• Sales invoices also include all invoices created in Nmbrs Accounting or imported via an API connection.
• 1 User: a maximum of one user has access to the domain.
• Communication with accountant (PO Box): submitting files (documents and transactions), viewing points of attention in the administration, and asking questions.
• Standard functionality: document archive (Archive), Financial monitor & insights (Accounting), bank accounts & automated payments (Bank), sales invoices & quotes (Sales), CRM (Contacts).
• Links & Extras: payments via Mollie (Mollie link) and automatic invoice reminders (Settings).
• Peppol: send and receive invoices digitally via the secure Peppol network.

During or after these four months, the entrepreneur can choose which bundle best suits his/her business. If the entrepreneur does not choose a bundle, he/she will be able to use the Minimal bundle. No additional costs will be charged to the entrepreneur for this bundle.

The Minimal bundle offers the following features:

• 1 user (maximum 1 user)
• Communication with accountant (PO Box)
  Submitting files (documents and transactions), points of attention in administration and asking questions.
• Document archive (Archive)
• Viewing data in Financial monitor (Financials).
