If you need to send some sales invoices such as subscriptions, etc. to the same customers on a regular basis, you can use a contract to create recurring invoices that Yuki will automatically prepare for sending. If required, you can also specify that these invoices be sent automatically to your customer.
ATTENTION!
In order to create sales invoices in Yuki, a number of issues for invoicing must first be taken care of.
For a detailed description of this preparation, see the article Create, send and handle sales invoice.
Go through the following steps to create recurring sales invoices via a contract and, if required, send them directly to your customer:
- enter the contract details (contact and contract details)
- enter invoice details of recurring invoice
- add invoice lines (items) to recurring invoice
- add additional information to recurring invoice
- add payment details to recurring invoice
(only available with payment method 'Direct debit' and 'Will be refunded') - add attachment(s) to recurring invoice
(only available in new Sales functionality) - add, if necessary, notes to recurring invoice
- change, if necessary, the sending method of recurring invoice and/or customer email address
- save contract as draft contract or completed contract.
Each step is described in detail in a separate article.
Once the invoice date of the next invoice is reached (see the timeline shown), the recurring invoice will be automatically prepared by Yuki and sent manually or automatically if set, if required.
