Are there tools for entrepreneurs to help them choose a bundle?

There are four tools that can help a entrepreneur in choosing the most appropriate bundle for his or her company:

  • Overview of number of transactions processed
  • Overview of bundles in the Yuki Store
  • Advice tool in the Yuki Store
  • Chat in the Yuki Store.

Overview of number of transactions processed

The bundles are based on the size of a company (number of processed invoices) and corresponding functionalities. But where can entrepreneurs find an overview of the number of invoices processed per month? This can be found by navigating in the domain via PO Box to Processed transactions. Here the correct period must be selected and then an overview of the total number of processed transactions per month appears.




Overview of bundles in the Yuki Store

In any screen of a domain, the entrepreneur can click on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen.

The Yuki Store will now open:



You can select from any of the above bundles by clicking the Buy now button in your chosen bundle under Subscription bundle plans.


ATTENTION!

In the screenshot below you can see that for this domain the bundle Large is already selected because the Add features button is available instead of the Buy now button.



Click on the Read more link in a bundle to compare the features of all the bundles.


Advice tool

For assistance in choosing a bundle, you can click on the Calculate yourself link to use an advice tool. On the basis of your manual input, such as the number of users in your domain, the number of invoices you use on average, whether or not you use Yuki for invoicing or collection, whether or not you have insight into your financial figures, and whether or not you work with projects, this tool will suggest the ideal bundle for you, and the costs involved. 




Chat in the Yuki Store

Should a entrepreneur still have questions, he or she can always contact the Yuki Support Team via the Chat (bottom right corner of the Yuki Store).
