In Yuki, it is possible to manually create a sales invoice, then send it to your customer by mail or email and then handle it correctly.
TIP!
You can also create English, French or German sales invoices in Yuki.

If you have to send some sales invoices to the same customers on a regular basis, you can set up recurring invoices (via contracts) that Yuki will automatically prepare to send to your customers.

All the actions that need to be performed to work with sales invoices in Yuki are described below.
Prepare sales invoices
In order to prepare the work with sales invoices in Yuki, the following matters must be arranged:
- Capture sales invoice settings (including setting and changing invoice number)
(see articles Invoice and Invoice delivery) - Create or change invoice layout (including creating digital invoice paper based on PDF)

(see article Create sales item) - Add sales item or new sales item price to price list
(see article Add sales item (with new price) to price list).

Create sales invoice
To create a new sales invoice, you must complete the following steps:
- Enter the billing information (contact, layout, payment term and method)
(see article Enter invoice details) - Add one or more invoice lines (items)
(see article Add invoice lines (sales Items) to invoice) - Add additional details, if necessary
(see article Add additional details to invoice) - If required, add an attachment to the invoice from your device or from the archive in Yuki
(only available in new Sales functionality)
(see article Add attachtment(s) to invoice) - Save the invoice as a draft invoice
(see article Save Invoice as draft invoice).
Send sales invoice
If required, the sales invoice can be sent directly to your customer, to do this go through the following steps:
- prepare the sales invoice for sending to the customer immediately
(see article Prepare invoice for sending) - add notes, if necessary
(see article Add notes to invoice) - change, if necessary, the invoice date and/or sending method
(see article Change invoice date and/or sending method) - process the invoice in the administration so that it is actually sent to the customer
(see article Process and send invoice).

Handle sales invoice
Then, handle the sent sales invoice:
- if necessary, send a reminder or reminder (in bulk) by e-mail
(see article Manually send reminder of demand for payment (in bulk) by email) - create a credit invoice, if necessary
