What is Yuki Pay?
Yuki Pay and the extra feature Yuki Pay with Pay are both integrated into the Yuki Assistant app.
Yuki Pay is available for free when a user with the ‘Management’ role has selected the bundle Minimal, Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited through the Yuki Store in the domain.
Yuki Pay with Pay is only available when a user with the ‘Management’ role has selected the bundle Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited via the Yuki Store in the domain.
ATTENTION!
Yuki Pay can only be used for one administration per domain at this time.
Yuki Pay:
- You will receive a free business digital Yuki Pay payment card that allows you to make contactless payments for your expenses in stores and online using your phone.
- All payments (transactions) you make with this Yuki Pay payment card are immediately reflected in the associated free Yuki Pay business account (with a Dutch IBAN) in your administration in Yuki.
- After each payment with your Yuki Pay payment card, you will automatically receive a notification in the Yuki Assistant app to remind you to upload the corresponding invoice or receipt.
- You can upload the invoice or receipt directly via the notification or the outstanding supplier invoices in the Yuki Assistant app. This ensures that Yuki automatically links the invoice or receipt to the correct transaction.
- Additionally, you gain more insight into your spending because Yuki Pay automatically groups your transactions into different categories. This makes managing your business finances easier and more efficient.
Yuki Pay with Pay:
- You can easily and quickly pay purchase invoices from the outstanding supplier invoices in the Yuki Assistant app. It is no longer necessary to create payment files. You can select and pay each invoice individually, giving you full control over your outgoing payments.

Yuki Pay is offered in partnership with Swan, a highly regulated electronic money institution - not a credit institution. When legally required, the funds of all account holders are stored in a protection account. Your funds are secure and can be retrieved at any time.

How do you get started with Yuki Pay?
To start using Yuki Pay, you must first register with Yuki Pay via the Yuki Assistant app:
- Click on the Yuki Pay icon to register with Yuki Pay
- Go through a few steps in the Yuki Assistant app to register with Yuki Pay

ATTTENTION!
Only for the verification of your identity, you will be temporarily directed to an external page supported by Swan to complete this part of the registration with Yuki Pay.
- You will receive a notification in the Yuki Assistant app about the status of your registration

How do you set up Yuki Pay?
To use the digital Yuki Pay payment card for contactless payments via your cell phone, you will need to arrange the following in the Yuki Assistant app after the initial login:
- Activate your Yuki Pay payment card
(see article Activate digital Yuki Pay payment card) - Add your Yuki Pay payment card to the Google or Apple Wallet

How do you use Yuki Pay?
Make payments using your Yuki Pay digital payment card.
- Submit all invoices and receipts of these expenses directly via Yuki Pay
