What is Yuki Pay?

With Yuki Pay, you get access to a free business digital Yuki Pay payment card that allows you to pay your expenses via your phone contactlessly. All payments (transactions) you make with this Yuki Pay payment card are immediately posted to the corresponding free Yuki Pay business checking account (with Dutch IBAN) in your administration in Yuki.


Yuki Pay automatically sends a notification in the Yuki Assistant app of every expense so you know that an invoice or receipt still needs to be uploaded with a transaction (payment).


Through this notification or the transaction overview in Yuki Pay, you can upload the corresponding invoice or receipt from the transaction directly. As a result, Yuki will automatically match the invoice or receipt with the transaction.


In addition, you have insight into all your Yuki Pay expenses through the automatic grouping of your transactions into categories.



Yuki Pay is integrated into the Yuki Assistant app.


Yuki Pay is available for free when a user with the ‘Management’ role has selected the bundle Minimal, Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited through the Yuki Store in the domain.


The feature Yuki Pay with Pay is integrated into Yuki Pay.


With Yuki Pay with Pay, you can easily and quickly pay purchase invoices via the Yuki Assistant app. You no longer need to create a payment file, The desired invoices can be paid one by one.


Yuki Pay with Pay is only available when a user with the ‘Management’ role has selected the bundle Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited via the Yuki Store in the domain.


ATTENTION!

  • Yuki Pay is currently only available for sole proprietorships.
  • Yuki Pay can only be used for one administration per domain at this time.


Yuki Pay is offered in partnership with Swan, a highly regulated electronic money institution - not a credit institution. When legally required, the funds of all account holders are stored in a protection account. Your funds are secure and can be retrieved at any time.

How do you get started with Yuki Pay?

To start using Yuki Pay, you must first register with Yuki Pay via the Yuki Assistant app:

  • Indicate your interest in Yuki Pay via this link: https://www.yukisoftware.com/nl-nl/yuki-pay/ (NL).

    When Yuki Pay appears in the Discover screen of the Yuki Assistant app, you can register with Yuki Pay.


  • Go through a few steps in the Yuki Assistant app to register with Yuki Pay

    ATTTENTION!

    Only for the verification of your identity, you will be temporarily directed to an external page supported by Swan to complete this part of the registration with Yuki Pay.


  • You will receive a notification in the Yuki Assistant app about the status of your registration
