After your registration with Yuki Pay is approved, a business Yuki Pay checking account is created for you in your administration in Yuki.
TIP!
You can list the Yuki Pay checking account on your sales invoice so you get paid directly to this bank account.
Yuki Pay has the same features as a credit card, only you are not allowed to be in the red.
So money must always be added to your Yuki Pay checking account before you can spend the money.
ATTENTION!
- Expenses are deducted directly from the balance, not at the end of the month.
- There is no minimum amount for depositing or refunding money.
Transfer money from Yuki Pay checking account
ATTENTION!
- Money can only be transferred to a bank account created in the same domain in Yuki.
This bank account may be either action or inactive. - If the Yuki Pay checking account is the only bank account in the domain, you must create a private account in the same domain in Yuki so that the money can be transferred to this bank account.
To transfer money from the Yuki Pay checking account to another bank account, click on the Transfer button in the home screen of Yuki Pay.
The following screen is opened:
Enter the amount you want to transfer and then select the beneficiary's bank account.
ATTENTION!
When you enter an amount to be transferred that exceeds the balance in the Yuki Pay checking account, the following message appears at the bottom of the screen.
Then click on the Send button.
The following screen is opened:
To confirm the transfer, click on the Confirm button in the now-opened screen.
Now enter the 6-digit passcode that you use to definitively confirm the transfer from the Yuki Pay checking account.
The following message appears on the screen upon successful transfer:
Deposit money to Yuki Pay checking account
To deposit money to the Yuki Pay checking account from another bank account, click on the More button in the Yuki Pay home screen.
The following screen is opened:
Click on Account details to view the account details you need to use to deposit money from each bank account to the Yuki Pay checking account.
The deposit of the money is immediately visible in the Yuki Assistant app.
TIP!
- Click on the icon behind IBAN or BIC to copy the details directly.
- Money can also be transferred by anyone to the Yuki Pay checking account by using the above business IBAN number.
