Yuki Assistant app settings

The settings you can configure in the Yuki Assistant app are categorized as follows:

  • Profile:
    • Edit profile
    • Change password.
  • General:

    • Fingerprint or facial recognition (iPhone) or fingerprint authentication (Android)

  • Sign out.


From the moment you are logged out due to inactivity in the Yuki Assistant app, the last changed settings are saved.


You can find these settings by clicking on the icon (gear) in the top right corner of the Yuki Assistant app's home screen, which will open the following screen:



The different settings are briefly described below by category.


Profile

You can change your profile or password here.



Edit profile

Click on the pencil icon to add a photo to your profile, change your name, or add your phone number.

Change password




General

Here you'll find the app settings, display settings, and cache management.


App settings


Language

English, Dutch, Dutch (Belgium), Spanish, or French.


Display settings


Domain

Here, select the domains you want to make available in the Yuki Assistant app. You must select at least one domain.


Home screen

Select up to three charts here that should be displayed on your app's home screen.

Drag with a graph to change the order of the graphs on the home screen.



Financials
Here, select the charts that should be displayed in the financial monitor of your accounting. You must select at least one chart.

Drag with a graph to change the order of the graphs in the Financial Monitor.


 


Notifications

Here you can find the types of push notifications you receive in the Yuki Assistant app. By default, you are set to receive a push notification as soon as a question or task is assigned to you.




Log in options

Here you will find the fingerprint or facial recognition authentication, the PIN code, and the automatic locking of the Yuki Assistant App.


Fingerprint or facial recognition (iPhone) or fingerprint authentication (Android)

(only visible if supported by your smartphone)

Enable or disable fingerprint or facial recognition, or fingerprint authentication in the Yuki Assistant app.


Pincode

Enter the 6-digit PIN code you want to use instead of your password when logging in here.


ATTENTION!

From the moment you are logged out due to inactivity in the Yuki Assistant app, the PIN code will appear on your login screen the next time you log in.


The enabled PIN code can also be disabled or changed here.



Forgot PIN code

If you've forgotten your PIN code and want to set a new one, click on Change PIN code and then in the now-opened screen, click on Forgot your PIN code?


The following screen is opened:



To enter (reset) a new PIN, click on the Sign out button, which will log you out of the Yuki Assistant app and disable the current PIN code.


Auto-Lock

The Yuki Assistant app automatically locks after a number of minutes you set yourself:

  • Immediately
  • After 2 minutes
  • After 10 minutes
  • After 20 minutes
  • Never.


When you want to use the Yuki Assistant app again, the following screen is opened:

 


You can unlock the Yuki Assistant app again by entering your password or clicking the fingerprint button (if fingerprint or facial recognition, or fingerprint authentication is enabled).


When you have enabled two-factor authentication in Yuki, you also need to enter the 6-digit code generated by the Google or Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone.

Here you can find information about your current bundle and its usage.

Sign out

Here you can log out of the Yuki Assistant app, for example, to then log back in with a different username (email address).


ATTENTION!

The last changed settings are not saved when you log out manually by signing out as a user.
