Status of registration with Yuki Pay

If the registration is successful and approved, you will receive a notification that the registration was successful. 

After opening the Yuki Assistant App and then clicking on Yuki Pay, you will immediately be taken to the home screen of Yuki Pay.


However, if the registration is not successful, your registration with Yuki Pay can have three possible statuses:

  • Need more information
  • Identification failed
  • Onboarding not successful.


The three different statuses are briefly discussed below.


Status ‘Need more information’

Yuki Pay needs more information to complete your registration successfully.


You will receive the notification below in the Yuki Assistant app:



The Yuki Support Team will contact you to verify this and request the missing information from you. Once you have provided the missing information to the Yuki Support Team, the status of your registration will be updated.


Status 'Identification failed'

Yuki Pay has failed to verify your proof of identity (ID).


You will receive the notification below in the Yuki Assistant app:



You can go through verification again by clicking on the Verify identity button.


Please note the following:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • make sure the scan is adequately illuminated
  • make sure your ID is undamaged and up-to-date.

Status 'Onboarding not successful'

Your registration with Yuki Pay has unfortunately been rejected.

It is not possible to go through the registration again. The rejection of a registration is a final decision.


You will receive the notification below in the Yuki Assistant app:



For example, a reason for rejection of registration with Yuki Pay may be because some of a company's core activities are not supported by Swan.
