Status of registration with Yuki Pay

Yuki Pay (free of charge) and the additional feature Yuki Pay with Pay are both payment options within the Yuki Assistant app..


When using Yuki Pay, there are several steps and possible outcomes during the registration process.


Successful registration

If your registration has been successful and approved, you will receive a notification informing you that the registration has been successful.

After opening the Yuki Assistant App and clicking on Yuki Pay, you will be taken directly to the Yuki Pay home screen.


Failed registration statuses

If the registration is unsuccessful, it may receive one of the following statuses:

  • Need more information: Yuki Pay requires additional information to complete your registration.

    You will receive a specific notification about this in the Yuki Assistant app, with instructions on what additional information is needed.


    Action
    The Yuki Support Team will contact you to verify this and request the missing information from you. Once you have provided the missing information to the Yuki Support Team, the status of your registration will be updated.

  • Identification failed: This means that there were problems verifying your identity document (ID) during registration.


    You will receive a specific notification about this in the Yuki Assistant app.


    Action

    You can go through verification again by clicking on the Verify identity button.


    Please note the following:

    • you are at least 18 years old
    • make sure the scan is adequately illuminated
    • make sure your ID is undamaged and up-to-date.

  • Onboarding not successful: This means that the overall registration or onboarding has not been completed because it has been rejected.

    One reason for the rejection of the registration with Yuki Pay could be, for example, that a number of a company's core activities are not supported by Swan.


    You will receive the following notification in the Yuki Assistant app:


    Action
    It is not possible to repeat the registration process. The rejection of a registration is a final decision.
