Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
In Yuki, you can view a overview of all sales invoices that have not yet been paid or collected in full or in part.
This is slightly different from outstanding debtor items. The latter is more accounting-related and includes payments to which no sales invoice is linked.
All outstanding invoices can also be found in the Sales folder, on the Invoices tab in the Archive.
Access to Outstanding invoices
To access:
- hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar
- click on Invoices
- then, in the now-opened screen, select Outstanding invoices from the dropdown menu.
Outstanding invoices work list

On this screen, you can view the details of all sent sales invoices that have not yet been paid or have been paid only in part.
The default By and Status columns show how sales invoices were sent and whether or not they were delivered.
Filters
By adding the specific Direct debit column, you can filter the 'Invoices ready to be sent' work list to show sales invoices that will or will not be collected via direct debit.
For sales invoices to be collected via direct debit, a green checkmark appears in this column.

In this overview, you can use the so-called document viewer to:
- to hide or show a preview of the document
- to open the document in the browser
- to download the document.
Click on the line of the relevant invoice and then click on one of the buttons on the right side of the screen:
