All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

In Yuki, you can view a overview of all sales invoices that have not yet been paid or collected in full or in part.

This is slightly different from outstanding debtor items. The latter is more accounting-related and includes payments to which no sales invoice is linked.

TIP!

All outstanding invoices can also be found in the Sales folder, on the Invoices tab in the Archive .

From this overview, a user can:

  • view the document
  • view the contact
  • (re)send the sales invoice via email.

TIP!

The default 'By' and 'Status' columns show how sales invoices were sent and whether or not they were delivered.

Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar, click on Invoices and then, in the now-opened screen, select Outstanding invoices from the dropdown menu..

The following screen is opened:

TIP!

To view all outstanding invoices that are being collected, the Direct debit column can be added to this overview by clicking on the Column selection button. All relevant sales invoices will have a green tick in this column.

In this overview, you can use the so-called document viewer to:

  • hide or show a screen preview of the document
  • open the document in the browser
  • download the document.

Click on the line of the relevant invoice and then on one of the buttons on the right of the screen:

View document

    OR
  • Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select View document from the dropdown menu

In the now-opened screen, the outstanding invoice can be changed, if necessary, or actions can be performed on the invoice.

View contact

Hover over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select View contact from the dropdown menu.

The contact card of the contact is now opened.

(Re)send the sales invoice via email

Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select Send via email from the dropdown menu.

The following screen is opened:

Click on the Send button to actually (re)send the sales invoice.

The sending method in the 'By' column is then changed to 'Email'.
