Sent quotations

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.


In Yuki, you can view a work list of all quotations that have been sent to the customer and to which the customer has yet to respond. The quotations are currently open.


TIP!

You can also find all open quotations in the Sales folder, on the quotations tab in the Archive.


From this work list a user can:

  • update the status of the sent quotation
  • perform more actions:

  • ask question

  • copy quotation

  • delete

  • resend quotation.

  • view the document

  • view the contact

  • delete the quotation.


Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar, click on Quotations and then in the now-opened screen, select the Sent work list from the dropdown menu.


The following screen is opened:




Perform more actions

To perform any of the above actions, click on the More actions button and then click the appropriate menu option in the dropdown menu.

Update status of sent quotation

After a response from the customer, the status of the sent quotation must be changed manually. A customer can accept or reject the quotation. Following comments from a customer, the quotation can also be revised if required.


To start updating the status of a sent quotation, click on the Process button.

View document

  • Click on the subject of the document
    OR
  • Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant quotation, click on the button with the three dots and then select the View document menu option from the dropdown menu.


In the now-opened screen, the status of the sent quotation can be updated or multiple actions can be performed from the sent quotation.


View contact

Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant quotation, click on the button with the three dots and then select the View contact menu option from the dropdown menu.



The contact card of the relevant contact is now opened.


Delete sent quotation

Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant quotation, click on the button with the three dots and then select the Delete menu option from the dropdown menu.



The following message appears on your screen:



Click on the Delete button to actually delete the sent quotation.
