In Yuki you can view a work list of all quotations that have been accepted by the customer but still have to be invoiced.
All quotations to be invoiced can also be found in the Sales folder, on the Quotations tab in the Archive.
Access to Quotations to be invoiced
To access:
- click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
- click on Quotations
- then, in the now-opened screen, select the Ready to invoice work list from the dropdown menu.
Reopen an accepted but not yet invoiced quote
As long as the accepted quotation has not yet been invoiced, it can be reopened by clicking on the Reopen button in the opened quotation to be invoiced.
After reopening the quotation, it can be accepted, refused or revised again.
Ready to be invoiced work list

On this screen, you can view all details of quotes accepted by the customer that have yet to be invoiced.
AVAILABLE USER ACTIONS
From this worklist, a user can:
- invoice the quotation:
- save as invoice to be sent
- process directly as sales invoice
- view the document
- view the contact
- delete the quotation to be invoiced.
Invoice quotation
To invoice an accepted quotation directly to the customer, if required:
- click on the subject of the relevant quotation
- then, in the now-opened screen, clicki on the Generate invoice button

The quotation is removed from the “Ready to invoice” work list and moved to the “Invoices to Send” work list.
All details of the quotation are reproduced in the now-opened screen of a new sales invoice:

If required, the details of the sales invoice can still be changed and/or supplemented by clicking on the Back button.
Save the quotation to be invoiced as a sales invoice to be sent
The sales invoice can then be saved as an invoice to be sent by clicking on the Save as 'Ready to send' button
Process the quotation to be invoiced directly as a sales invoice
The sales invoice can be processed directly in the administration and sent to the customer.
The status of the quotation changed to 'Invoiced':

View document
To view a document:
- click on the subject of the document
OR hover your mouse over the line of the relevant quotation
click on the button with the three dots
then select the View document menu option from the dropdown menu.

In the now-opened screen, the quotation to be invoiced can be invoiced or reopened.
View contact
To view the contact of a quotation:
- hover your mouse over the line of the relevant quotation
- click on the button with the three dots
- then select the View contact menu option from the dropdown menu.

The contact card of the relevant contact is now opened.
Delete quotation to be invoiced
To delete a quotation to be invoiced:
- hover your mouse over the line of the relevant quotation
- click on the button with the three dots
- then select the Delete menu option from the dropdown menu.

The following message appears on your screen:
- click on the Delete button to actually delete the quotation to be invoiced.
