Synchronize data between Sales Advanced and Sales Standard

Some data is synchronized between Sales Advanced and Sales Standard.


Synchronize data from Sales Advanced to Sales Standard

The following data is synchronized with Sales Standard:

  • all settings such as email connections
  • invoices, draft invoices, etc. are shown in Sales Standard
  • invoice numbering.


ATTENTION!

  • Invoice layouts must be reset in Sales Standard and the logo must be uploaded again.
  • When only one price list is present in Sales Advanced for an administration, the prices of the sales items are included in Sales Standard.

    However, when more than one price list is present in Sales Advanced for an administration, the prices of the sales items are not included in Sales Standard. In that case, the prices must be re-entered.


Synchronize data from Sales Standard to Sales Advanced

The following data is not synchronized with Sales Advanced:

  • updated settings such as e-majl templates 
  • draft invoices created in Sales Standard.


ATTENTION!

  • An additional price list called ‘Sales Standard’ is created for each administration, it contains the prices of the sales items in Sales Standard.
  • Existing data from e.g. quotations and contracts remains intact in Sales Advanced.
