Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can enter and/or change the following data (settings) of a domain:
- change contract (see article Archive domain or terminate contract of domain)
ATTENTION!
Only the owner of a domain can terminate an administration's contract. - manage accountant features (see article Manage accountant features)
- change status of domain from 'Start-up' to 'Active' (see article Change status of domain)
- transfer domain to other owner (see article Transfer domain to other owner)
- block access to domain for e.g. bad paying customer (see article Block access to domain)
- activate self-accounting for domain (see article Activate self-accounting for domain)
- shield access to domain (see article Shield access to domain)
- assign employees (person responsible, backup and controller) to domain (see article Assign involved employees to domain)
- add back office message (see article Add back office message to domain)
This is a notification of which a BO employee gets a pop-up when they open the domain. - add comment (see article Add comment to domain)
These are only visible on this page. This can be used to document specific customer agreements or contract history.
A user with the 'Portal back office' role can only view all of the above details.
A user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can click on the URL of the domain to open the domain directly to enter the administration profile, for example.
The screen to enter and/or change the details (settings) of a domain is opened as follows:
- automatically immediately after creating a new domain
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View domain details from the menu.
The following screen is opened:
To enter and/or change the details (settings) of the domain, click on the Edit button of the corresponding section.
