Through the details (settings) of a domain, a user with the “Portal administrator” role can transfer the respective domain to another owner.
The screen to view and/or change domain settings is opened as follows:
- automatically immediately after creating a new domain
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View domain details from the menu..
The following screen is opened:
Then, behind Domain, click on the Edit button to start transferring the owner. The following screen is opened:
In the Owner field, select the owner to whom the domain should be transferred.
The owner of a domain has some special rights. He or she is in fact the administrator of the domain. Normally this is the owner of the company. In certain cases, ownership of a domain can be transferred to the accountant. An example might be that it has been agreed with Yuki that the accountant is the owner of the administration. Only the current owner can transfer the domain.
