Administrations (companies) in domain

For many customers, a domain will be the same as his or her company's online administration. However, multiple administrations can be run within a domain.

The screen to view and/or change the administrations in a specific domain is opened as follows:

• automatically immediately after creating a new domain
• In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
• In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View domain details from the menu.

The following screen is opened:

Then, click on Administrations.

The following screen is opened:

This screen shows the following information for each administration in the domain:

• Company
• Postal code
• City
• CoC number
• VAT number
• Contract start date 
• Contract end date.

To enter and/or change the details (settings) of an administration, click on the name of the administration.
