Through the data (settings) of a domain, a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can assign the involved employees to the respective domain..
The screen to view and/or change domain settings is opened as follows:
- automatically immediately after creating a new domain
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View domain details from the menu.
The following screen is opened:
Then, behind Domain, click on the Edit button to assign the involved employees to the domain. The following screen is opened:
In the fields below you select the employees that will be responsible for the domain:
- BO responsible: the BO responsible person is the employee that is assigned as primarily responsible for the domain. All documents to be processed, bank transactions to be processed and questions will end up in his or her workflow.
- BO backup: this person will in principle replace the BO responsible person if he or she is (temporarily) not available. The BO backup person normally first finishes his or her own workflow before checking the domains of which he or she is the backup.
- BO controller: this person is responsible for the monthly check of the administration and the periodical VAT return.
- BO account manager: responsible sales person of the domain (This is an informative field and has no direct function in the workflow.
If a parent company is specified in Yuki for this domain, the partner's employees or the employees of the partner's parent company can be selected.
