A user with the 'Portal administrator' and/or 'Portal back office' role can view the following details (settings) of a domain:
- General:
- Domain:
- Main data such as billing address, accountant, domain type, domain owner, etc.
- Back office data such as access to domain, blocking of domain, activation of Self-books and assigned back office staff.
If a parent company is specified in Yuki for this domain, in the Back office field, back office of the partner or the back office of the partner's parent company. can be selected.
- Domain:
- Contract: current chosen bundle in domain, the status of the domain, the duration of the contract, billing details, etc.
- Back office notifications: this is a notification of which a BO employee gets a pop-up when opening the domain.
- Comments: these are only visible on this page. This can be used to document specific agreements with the customer or the history of the contract.
- Recent activities.
- Contract: a complete overview of the contract rules in the Yuki contract for this domain (see article Contract of domain)
- Administrations: an overview of the administrations (read companies) in this domain (see article Administrations (companies) in domain)
- Users: an overview of the users with access to this domain (see article Users in domain)
- Satisfaction: an overview of the customer satisfaction of this domain (see article Customer satisfaction in domain).
Only a user with the role 'Portal administrator' role can also enter and/or change some details (settings) of a domain.

A user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can click on the URL of the domain to open the domain directly to enter, for example, the administration profile.
The screen to view the details (settings) of a domain is opened as follows:
- automatically immediately after creating a new domain
- in the accountant portal click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View domain details from the menu.
