Through the details (settings) of a domain, a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can manage the accountant features of the domain.
If necessary one or more of the following accountant features can be added to a bundle pricing domain:
- Yuki Foreign currency: create or submit invoices in foreign currency, import of foreign currency bank accounts
- Loket settings
- Nmbrs settings (to be used for all administrations in the domain)
- Yuki WKR: work costs (cost type and VAT percentage) are automatically included in the WKR tool during accounting processing and shown on the basis of a clear interim report (summary).

- ABN AMRO accounting link
- ING accounting link
- Knab bank accounting link
- Yuki Web service (from 1001 to a maximum of 5000 calls per day)
- Yuki Web service Extended (from 5000 to a maximum of 10.000 calls per day)
- Yuki Sales Webservice: retrieve from an external program the sales invoices processed therein fully automatically (up to 1000 calls per day) after which these invoices are then automatically processed in Yuki.
This feature is only available in a domain with the Minimal version - PSD2 connection.
The screen to view and/or change the details (settings) of a domain is opened as follows:
- automatically immediately after creating a new domain
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View domain details from the menu.
The following screen is opened:
Then click on the Management link behind the current bundle of the domain.
The following screen is opened:
Select one or more features to add to the domain, then click on the Save button.
The selected accountant features are now immediately available for use in the domain.
